Celebrate Eneless

It’s hard to put into words how proud we are of Eneless Banda — a shining light in the MCM family and a true testament to the power of education, perseverance, and purpose.

Eneless’s story is deeply rooted in the very heart of Malawi Children’s Mission. Like so many of the children we serve, she grew up facing the daily challenges of poverty and loss. But she always looked ahead and with her own strength and determination, she rose — not just to survive, but to lead.

As MCM’s Young Women’s Initiative and Orphan Sponsorship Coordinator starting in 2016, Eneless gave back tenfold. She guided children who were walking the same road she once did, offering mentorship, hope, and a living example of what’s possible.
Then, in 2023, Eneless took a bold step. She left her home, her family, and her vital role at MCM to travel across the world and pursue a Master’s in Social Work at Binghamton University in New York. It wasn’t easy — but Eneless never chooses the easy path. She chose the path of growth.

Over the past two years, she has excelled in every way. Graduating with honors, Eneless made a lasting impact on local children in her field placements, implementing programs that reflected both her Malawian roots and her expanding global perspective. She embraced the BU Bearcat spirit, building friendships, sharing her culture, and continuing to shine as a leader of empathy and strength.

Eneless will return home, bringing more than just a degree — she’ll bring wisdom, experience, and a heart still wholly devoted to MCM. She left to grow, and she will return ready to give.

We are endlessly proud of Eneless. Her journey inspires us all — and her future will impact generations of MCM children to come.
