MCM’s Agriculture Initiative

Where Skills Take Root & Futures Grow
Through hands-on agricultural training and sustainable farming practices, MCM plants the seeds of knowledge and self-reliance, equipping children and communities to nourish themselves today while cultivating lasting independence.

Our agriculture initiative takes root through three key areas that cultivate knowledge, nourishment, and opportunity.

Hands On Learning

Through the MCM Academy curriculum, as well as after-school and holiday programs, children develop practical farming skills that take root early growing into opportunities to support their families and shape their own futures.

Community Partnership

In partnership with Tiyeni Malawi and US, MCM helps new techniques take root beyond its campus from deep bed farming to small-scale animal raising, empowering local farmers to grow more, support their families, and strengthen their communities.

Feeding Through Farming

By growing maize and fresh produce on-site, MCM works to sustain its feeding program from the ground up ensuring children are nourished while learning how food, effort, and stability are deeply connected.
