An Empowering Message from MCM’s YWI

To celebrate International Women’s Day, MCM's Young Women's Initiative discussed gender bias and how it shows up on different levels in school, family, the community and workplace. They believe that together equality can be attained by taking on the responsibility for change and understanding their role in the process.
