MCM’s Vocational Training Program: Lifting Up a Community

We are proud to celebrate the graduates of MCM's Vocational Training Program. These young adults committed themselves to learning new skills in tailoring and hairdressing, all while balancing responsibilities as parents, caregivers, and providers. Every Friday and Saturday over the past year, they trained at the center.  Their dedication to building a better future for their families is truly inspiring.

These students had once been a part of MCM receiving basic needs and resources. Life took them away for various reasons, but the Vocational Training Program provided them a second chance to pursue meaningful careers.

Today, we congratulate the graduates and wish them success as they set off to start their own businesses and contribute to their communities.

October is dedicated to MCM's Education Initiative which provides quality academic and skills training opportunities to fuel the bright minds of our children who participate in PreK, primary school, secondary school, apprenticeships, trade programs, 2 year colleges, universities and MCM's Vocational Training Program.

Education makes it possible to lift up an entire community....one child at a time.
